This free six-month program carefully matches women seeking career advancement with mentors uniquely capable of helping them reach their goals.

What to Expect?


Expert pairings by program administrators, not computers


1-2 hour virtual meetings at least once a month


Onboarding session and comprehensive resources for participants


Network opportunities


Certificate and award eligibility upon completion

Our Mentors

  • Have 10+ years of career experience
  • Provide two check-ins with program administrators at 3- and 6-month marks
