- Have 10+ years of career experience
- Provide two check-ins with program administrators at 3- and 6-month marks

- Self-identify as women
- Have 5+ years of career experience (or equivalent education considered)
- Provide two check-ins with program administrators at 3- and 6- month marks
- Follow up with program administrators at 12- and 18-month marks
