Group Mentoring

This free nine-month program carefully matches women to a peer group where participants can share their feelings and frustrations, reflect on challenges and opportunities and receive guidance and support from their peers.

What to Expect?

Customized

Peer groups created based on backgrounds and skillsets and include one facilitator and eight peers

Engagement

2 hour virtual meetings at least once a month

Onboarding session and comprehensive resources for participants

Certificate upon completion

At this time, there are no available peer groups; however, we encourage you to fill out an application to be placed on a waitlist for future peer groups.

  • Self-identify as women
  • Have 10+ years of career experience
  • Provide two check-ins with program administrators at 3- and 6-month marks
