Changes to Bill C-35

In November 2023, our Executive Director appeared before the Senate to discuss the recommended changes to Bill C-35, focusing on early learning and childcare. TPP highlighted the need to prioritize access to quality childcare for all families.

Women’s Economic Empowerment

Caitlin Morrison appeared as a witness at The Committee on the Status of Women (FEWO) in Feb 2024 to discuss women’s economic empowerment. She argued that the professional advancement of women in corporate Canada is key to Canadian economic growth. The discussion included the benefits of corporate policies that foster work/life balance and the need for universally acceptable and affordable childcare.
