“I am a 40 year old female that has never had a mentor, let alone a female mentor. While I originally joined the Rosie program as a mentor for younger women in STEM, I was pleasantly surprised to be paired with a mentor. While we were in completely separate roles and industries, she provided so much guidance on helping me develop my business skills. There was so much we could share and learn from each other. It was also lovely to have a completely impartial champion to help sort through various opportunities and a safe space to grow.”

“I was stuck in my career. I was unsure which path I should take, as a single mother of 3 kids job security and stability had been my main focus for years.  With my children starting to become young adults the opportunity to focus on my career and my prospects became possible again.  The Prosperity Project lined me up with a retired single mom who was the perfect match for me.  She asked me some simple questions that put my career choices into focus and helped give me that push I needed to jump start my career again.”
