We recognize that women of intersecting identities are met with unique barriers when it comes to building and growing a career. We apply an intersectional lens to our programs and the support and resources we provide.

We would like to acknowledge the traditional territories of all the Indigenous Peoples of Canada, including the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis people, that we are on today. We are grateful to them for their care and stewardship of the land and honoured by their willingness to share the land with us. We would like to take a moment of reflection to acknowledge the effect of residential schools and colonialism on Indigenous families and communities and to consider how we can each, in our own way, try to move forward in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
