The Prosperity Soirée

The Rosie Mentee Award
Winner: Jade Legare
The Rosie Mentee Award celebrates the influential women of tomorrow for demonstrating their drive and ambition today. Mentee Award nominees have been selected through submissions from mentors who felt that these women demonstrated exceptional dedication to learning and growing.
Impact Award
Winner: Katie Taylor
We are celebrating an advocate at our 2024 Gala who has supported The Prosperity Project in more ways than one and continues to champion our mission throughout their work. Their support has been instrumental in fostering positive change and exemplifying a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of women in Canada.
DEI Trailblazer Award
Winners: Sleep Country, BMO, Desjardins
The DEI Trailblazer Award honors a company advancing inclusivity, equity, and support for self-identifying women. Using data from Canada’s Annual Report Card on Gender Equity and Leadership (ARC)—the only study tracking representation of Racialized, Indigenous, 2SLGBTQIA+, and Women with Disabilities in leadership across the top 500 Canadian companies—winners were selected based on gender parity, leadership representation, and growth in intersecting identities within Wholesale & Retail, Finance, and Insurance sectors.
Lifetime Achievement Award

Women in Communication and Technology (WCT)
TPP was honoured to partner with WCT to host an event called Addressing the Decline in Women’s Representation in the Leadership Pipeline. This event featured insightful discussions and valuable perspectives on how to tackle the pressing issue of declining women’s representation in leadership roles. Our partner, KPMG, played a significant role as a speaker, sharing their expertise and experiences.
